STICKER & MAGNET QUALITY
Stickers are hand made and designed here at Goldyn Girl Crafts. Most of our stickers are printed in house on a matte sticker paper and have a laminate finish. Some of our more popular stickers may be printed via 3rd party and be dishwasher safe, this will be listed in the description of the sticker listing.
Stickers will withstand a gentle wash, but will not hold up if they are put in the dishwasher or soaked in water. Please note, if you have a powder coated water bottle (like a Hydroflask), stickers may not adhere properly to the rim, apply to the middle of the bottle for best results.
Magnets are printed on a matte magnet paper and have a laminate finish- these are meant for indoor use.
We DO ship internationally!! Because we ship via USPS and UPS, shipping rates may reach $20, please contact us for shipping quotes!
Due to the custom procedures used for manufacturing and our preferred shipping method of envelopes/stamps for sticker and magnet orders, some delivery timeframes may be as long as 3 weeks. If you do not receive your tracked order after this interval, please contact USPS directly. If they are unable to assist you in locating your order, please contact us directly and we will work on finding a solution. As a reminder, stamped orders are unable to be tracked. Contact us directly for sticker and magnet order questions.
If you receive an email that your order has shipped, it may take up to a week to physically go in the mail. Our normal Post Office drop dates are Wed/Thurs, but may be earlier if we have a lot of orders.
If you paid $0.55-$1.20 for shipping, your order has been shipped via a stamp, and may take up to 3 weeks to get to you. If you have not received your order within 4 weeks and do not have a tracking number, please reach out to us.
If you paid $3+ for shipping, you will receive a tracking number via USPS. Unfortunately, we are not the Post Office and we do not deliver your mail. If your tracking stops, please reach out to USPS and file a "missing mail" claim. Normally from there USPS will tell you if it is lost or not, and if it is lost, please send us an email for further investigation.
Once your package says delivered, we are unable to send a replacement. Please contact USPS and file a "missing mail" claim. Please contact us with any questions.
RETURN POLICY & EXCHANGES
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any items purchased through our site; it is the buyer's responsibility to order carefully and ensure everything is accurate before finalizing their order. Additionally, please check to make sure your mailing address is correct to allow for on-time delivery. If there are any specific concerns with your order, please reach out to us and we will address them on a case-by-case basis.
SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING
Our subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis and will continue automatically until the subscription is modified or cancelled by the customer. The company reserves the right to cancel or modify subscriptions at any time, and will contact customers directly if any modifications or upgrades are made to their existing subscription.
CUSTOM ORDERS & COMMISSIONS
If you would like to order a custom product or sticker package for your business or event, please contact us through our Contact page, or directly on social media and we will do our best to make your vision a reality. There is no guarantee on custom orders, however we will work with you through the creative process and ensure the shipped product is as close to your expectations as possible. Custom orders will exceed the 3 week shipping time frame for in-stock orders, and will include additional lead time for development.
